After completing your booking, we will send you an email with the vessel name and all your trip information.
Can I change or cancel my booking?
Yes. You may request changes to your departure date, route or departure time up to 5 days before your trip, always subject to availability.
You may also cancel your reservation according to the conditions stated in our Terms & Conditions.
How early should I arrive?
We recommend arriving at the pier at least 1 hour before departure.
Baggage check usually starts around 30 minutes before departure.
Arriving early will help you complete the boarding process smoothly and avoid unnecessary stress.
What happens if I arrive late for boarding?
We recommend arriving at the pier at least 1 hour before departure.
Passengers are responsible for arriving on time for boarding.
If a passenger misses the ferry departure due to late arrival, the reservation will be considered used and no refund will be granted.
What baggage can I bring?
Each passenger may bring:
- One suitcase up to 20 kg.
- One personal item or hand backpack.
Additional baggage may incur extra charges depending on the ferry operator.
What happens if my selected ferry is unavailable?
If we cannot confirm your requested departure, you may:
- Accept an available alternative, if one exists.
- Request a full refund of the amount paid.
In these situations, Go Galapagos Ferry assumes all administrative costs and refunds 100% of the amount paid.
